Driven by a development dynamic, notably through a major residential neighborhood project in the Yverdon-les-Bains region and the construction of a technological building on the EPFL campus, our client is asking us today to identify individuals ready to actively contribute to the success of its projects, as:Construction ManagerLead ambitious projects, from execution to deliveryYour responsibilitiesIntegrated into the construction management team, you will work on large-scale projects, both in the housing sector and on complexes with high technical requirements. Depending on your profile and experience, you will take charge of the management of all or part of the work (enclosed shell, finishing work, or specific lots) and ensure the monitoring of the execution phase, in close collaboration with project teams and architects. In this capacity, you are responsible for compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality, monitor the progress of construction sites, and ensure the proper coordination of companies. You will also intervene during the tender phases when necessary and provide your technical expertise to ensure the smooth running of projects. Present on the ground, you play a key role in the success of projects and actively contribute to maintaining a high level of requirement in their execution.Your profileBenefiting from confirmed experience in construction management, you have participated in large-scale construction projects and master the issues related to the execution phase. Comfortable in the coordination of multiple stakeholders, you demonstrate rigor and method in the monitoring of your construction sites. Your sense of responsibility, your autonomy, and your ability to make decisions allow you to effectively manage contingencies and advance projects. You enjoy teamwork and integrate into a collaborative environment. You have ideally acquired your experience in Switzerland, within an architecture firm, a general or total contractor, or a company specializing in construction management, and are thus familiar with local standards.
