You will be responsible for the quality of the customer experience, operational excellence, and the financial performance of the F&B department. You will unite your teams around ambitious objectives, while maintaining a high level of rigor, professionalism, and commitment. As a hands-on person, you will know how to embody the image of the establishment and work in close collaboration with related departments to ensure the fluidity of operations and the overall harmony of the establishment.Profile soughtGraduated from a higher education institution in hospitality, you justify confirmed experience (8 to 10 years) in an F&B management position in a high-end establishment. You perfectly master the financial and human aspects of F&B management and are recognized for your leadership, your culture of excellence, and your attention to detail. You know how to steer an activity with strong event activity, are comfortable with management tools, and demonstrate a great capacity to innovate and propose new concepts.
