Neben der professionellen Pflege und Betreuung unserer Kunden*innen und deren Angehörigen bist du als tagesverantwortliche Pflegefachperson auch Ansprechpartner*in für alle Mitarbeitenden auf der Tour. Du unterstützt deine Kollegen und Kolleginnen bei Fragen oder Notfällen. Du koordinierst und planst die Pflege nach Vorgaben der Pflegediagnostik und stellst die Umsetzung des gesamten Pflegeprozesses unter Einbezug alle Akteure sicher.
