Description du poste ##
Our client is looking for a Digital Product Manager to drive the development of a portfolio of strategic products within an international environment.
Responsibilities :
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of digital products.
- Prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring evolution initiatives deliver measurable business value.
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and business requirements to translate needs into actionable product enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions effectively support business objectives and user expectations.
- Lead workshops and discussions with stakeholders to define requirements, challenge assumptions, and identify innovative solutions.
- Establish and monitor relevant KPIs to measure product performance, user adoption, business impact, and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate new opportunities, technologies, and concepts through business cases, pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
Profile :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Applications Management, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven experience defining product roadmaps and driving product evolution initiatives.
- Strong ability to bridge business needs and technical teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Fluent English is required.
