Proclinical is seeking a Social Content Operations Specialist to support content publishing, review, and approval processes across various social media platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
This role involves managing editorial calendars, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. If you have a passion for social media operations and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in marketing operations, social media, brand marketing, influencer marketing, creative production, or similar fields.
- Familiarity with industries such as beauty, skincare, dermatology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer packaged goods (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools like Sprout Social, Notion, and Veeva-Vault is a plus.
The Digital Marketing Specialist's responsibilities will be:
- Schedule, upload, publish, and monitor content across social channels using tools like Sprout Social.
- Manually publish content as needed to meet deadlines or address urgent needs.
- Maintain and update editorial calendars in Notion.
- Review content for typos, accuracy, formatting, and overall flow before publication.
- Coordinate content reviews and approvals with stakeholders, including Brand, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, and PRC teams.
- Format and prepare content for review and approval processes.
- Upload and manage materials within Veeva-Vault to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
