As part of the development and intensification of its digital strategy, LARAG is looking for a 100% Digital Marketing Coordinator to accelerate the development of its digital presence across the entire Swiss market. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will work in a dynamic environment where autonomy, structure, and managing multiple projects are part of everyday life.

Your responsibilities
You play a central role in LARAG's digital presence, with a primary focus on social media and the website.
In collaboration with the digital agency:

• Ensure the animation and management of LARAG's social media in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland
• Manage and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to support results
• Monitor and analyse KPIs to identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Ensure the updating, development, and optimisation of the website to improve content and user experience
• Guarantee message consistency across all channels and between the two linguistic regions

Also:

• Occasionally support the marketing team’s activities on cross-functional projects

Your profile

• Training in digital marketing with proven experience in a similar role
• Good command of social media as well as Meta Ads and Google Ads tools
• Experience in monitoring and analysing marketing KPIs
• Good level of German, enabling effective collaboration with German-speaking Switzerland
• Excellent command of French with impeccable spelling
• Resident in Switzerland with good knowledge of the economic fabric of French- and German-speaking regions
• Structured, flexible, and solution-oriented person, capable of thriving in a dynamic and multicultural environment
• Availability for occasional travel to our various sites
