To develop our audiences, strengthen the engagement of our subscribers, and imagine the reader journeys of tomorrow, we are looking for our future:Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist (100%)How you will contribute to our success:This dual-role position (30% CRM and 70% Digital Marketing) reports directly to the Market Manager. You will play a key role in enriching our CRM, optimizing digital journeys, and our marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for their implementation, monitoring, and performance.Your role:- Contribute to the digital marketing strategy of the Reader Market and ensure its execution;- Identify and test new levers, tools (including AI), and methods to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention;- Create and optimize multi-channel acquisition and loyalty campaigns (emailing, Google, Social ads, web, landing page, etc.);- Set up targeted remarketing campaigns and optimize tactics to generate subscriptions;- Optimize the prospect and customer journey to our sites and apps (paywalls, conversion funnels, onboarding) to facilitate conversion and retention;- Collaborate with the Digital Department to evolve our digital platforms to meet the future usage habits of our readers;- Ensure data quality. Import and exploit prospect and customer data (segmentation, scoring, behaviors) in the CRM and associated tools;- Be the business reference for the Reader Market on customer management tools and provide ideas for their evolution, in collaboration with the Digital Department and Customer Service;- Participate in and support other transformation projects.This position is for you if:- You have a higher education degree in marketing (university, HES, federal diploma, or equivalent) as well as confirmed experience in digital marketing;- You have a taste for figures and understand how digital marketing contributes to acquisition, loyalty, and subscription growth;- You are passionate about tools, data, and customer journeys: you like to understand how they work, configure them, and evolve them to meet business needs. Comfortable with tools such as Touchdown, GA4, Power BI, or Excel, you know how to transform data into concrete actions;- You enjoy working in a small team where everyone contributes directly to results and where ideas are quickly transformed into actions;- You are comfortable in an environment where you are expected to provide ideas, autonomy, and execution. You like to test, measure, and improve continuously;- You know the regions covered by our titles well and understand the concerns of their inhabitants;- You are interested in the evolution of media and new digital uses;- You have a professional level of English and are comfortable exchanging with partners;- A good command of visual tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite is an asset.Ready to start?
