The Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry FH is the primary contact for the Swiss watch industry, representing more than 90% of companies in the sector. It defends the interests of its members, coordinates actions, and represents the industry on the international stage. A central role for a global impact in favor of watchmaking. For our department, we are looking for a Digital Specialist 80%.Contribute to the influence of the FH's activities by designing, producing, and disseminating digital and multimedia content. Ensure the management of digital channels, develop online community engagement, and guarantee a consistent image across all channels.MissionsProduction and management of multimedia content- Plan and coordinate audiovisual projects by defining concepts, scenarios, storyboards, resources, schedules, and necessary technical means.- Organize and supervise video shoots as well as photographic and sound recordings.- Produce video and audio content using professional equipment.- Perform content processing and post-production: video editing, image retouching, audio mixing, special effects, subtitling, and graphic design.- Adapt and publish content on appropriate platforms according to distribution requirements.- Design and produce webinars in collaboration with the relevant departments: production, post-production, and broadcasting.Digital strategy and community management- Implement the digital strategy by developing content adapted to different target audiences and distribution channels.- Publish and manage content intended for social networks, websites, and other digital media.- Animate and moderate online communities, ensuring constructive interaction with different audiences is maintained.- Conduct competitive and sector monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and content needs.- Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) of digital actions and propose continuous improvement measures.- Ensure the quality of the user experience as well as compliance with good technical and editorial practices.Web management- Ensure the maintenance and updating of the FH's websites and digital platforms.- Integrate, publish, and update content, guaranteeing its quality, consistency, and accessibility.- Ensure the proper technical functioning of platforms and coordinate necessary interventions with external providers or the IT department.- Optimize SEO and the visibility of digital content.- Publish and keep the directories of the various departments up to date.- Analyze traffic data and content performance in order to propose improvements and support communication objectives.Administrative tasks: process external requests, organize and facilitate meetings and events, draft correspondence related to offers, sales, and invoices.The profile we are looking for- Confirmed CFC (2-3 years of experience).- Project management skills (budget, deadlines).
