FOR OUR CMS DES SPÉCIALISTES, WE ARE RECRUITING A: DIETITIAN AT 60-70% ON A 9-MONTH FIXED-TERM CONTRACT

YOUR MISSIONS

• Planning and coordination of services: Design and implement tailored nutritional counselling services, in collaboration with the case manager, to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Communication and information sharing: Ensure a multidisciplinary approach by recording relevant information in client files and facilitating collaboration among the various stakeholders involved.
• Evaluation of meal service quality: Supervise meal services for CMS clients, ensure the quality of meals delivered at home, and conduct thorough follow-up.
• Cost management: Assess costs related to specific diets for the CCAVS, taking into account additional services for the clients concerned.

YOUR PROFILE

• Holder of a Swiss HES diploma in dietetics or equivalent.
• Besides a clear interest in the elderly and home care, you have initiative while working in a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility and rigour are among your strengths.
• You enjoy change, hold a driving licence and have access to a personal vehicle.
