Its mission is to guarantee the quality and safety of care within the establishment. In this capacity, the Care Directorate has oversight of all care activities (nursing and various health professional bodies). To fulfill its mission, it relies on three centers of expertise: quality, sustainability and digital; clinical and professional expertise; management and strategy.Dietitian – 40% to 80%You ensure hospital care and follow-ups in primary care medicine, internal medicine, and oncology by guaranteeing a structured approach adapted to individual needs. You also ensure specific nutritional care both in acute care and for chronic diseases. You contribute to care protocols, ensuring compliance with guidelines issued by expert societies and actively participating in the continuous improvement of care quality. You collaborate closely with the specialized multidisciplinary team and take part in clinical and functional meetings, in order to support a coordinated and coherent approach around the patient. You ensure, when necessary, the replacement of colleagues in other acute care units, guaranteeing the continuity and quality of care. Finally, you actively contribute to the training of students and professionals.You hold a degree in dietetics or an equivalent title (Red Cross recognition), and you master the tools necessary for the exercise of your activity. You have an excellent command of English, while knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic constitutes an asset appreciated in the context of caring for a diverse patient population. You master indirect calorimetry measurements as well as bioimpedance techniques for the assessment of body composition. You possess experience in pedagogy and a good knowledge of interview techniques allowing you to effectively accompany patients in their behavioral changes. You have already taken care of children and adults in acute care settings in medicine, oncology, or chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, or metabolic diseases. You demonstrate solid skills in working in a team, arguing, and negotiating in an interprofessional environment. You show ease in communication and an ability to integrate quickly into a new team.
