It offers a flexible work environment that promotes work-life balance and conditions encouraging skills development as well as the sharing of knowledge and experience.Summer / 80% / Permanent contractAs a dietitian, in the dietetics department of the nutrition and dietetics center, your activities will mainly focus on health promotion and prevention, clinical nutrition at home, and you will collaborate with the various IMAD teams, including those for home care, housing with supervision for the elderly (IEPA), and temporary respite care units, as well as with partners in the socio-sanitary network and the municipalities. Your interventions are based on Evidence Based Practice (EBP) and terminology, and the Nutrition Care Process (NCP).Your main activities will consist of:- Actively contributing to the maintenance or [restoration] of health for [clients] of all ages by ensuring nutritional care for preventive or [curative] purposes;- Intervening in the clinical pathways of [clients] by actively collaborating with all key partners to promote the continuity and quality of care;- Contributing to the home maintenance of the Genevan [population], to their quality of life and well-being by promoting their nutritional health through health promotion and prevention actions;- Exercising an expert role for the institution in the field of health and nutritional care at home;- Ensuring the [supervision] of HES students and the [training] of other professionals in home nutrition and dietetics and/or in health promotion/prevention;- Promoting efficiency, quality, and [standards] of [care].We are looking for a person with a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics or equivalent (for foreign diplomas, CRS recognition required), with 2 to 5 years of experience in clinical nutrition, particularly in gerontology and/or in health [promotion]. In-depth knowledge of the Genevan health and social network, combined with excellent abilities to work both independently and in an interprofessional manner, is [required].
