Its mission is to guarantee the quality and safety of care within the establishment. As such, the Nursing Directorate has oversight over all care activities (nurses, different health professionals). To fulfill its mission, it relies on three areas of expertise: professional, interprofessional, and in dietetics. You are responsible for the nutritional care of inpatients and those in placement for the Department at the Hôpital de Loëx – 80%. As a dietitian, your mission is to enable patients to maintain, restore, or improve their nutritional status, functional capacities, and quality of life while respecting ethical principles. You apply Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) and carry out your care in accordance with the care process. You are responsible for the rigorous and regular management of medical records, actively participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and collaborate closely with the entire team. You contribute to the continuous professional development of staff, notably in the field of protein-energy malnutrition in the context of care, and are a resource for others. You ensure, if needed, the replacement of your colleague within other care units of the Hôpital de Loëx. You participate in student training, hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or a recognized title registered by the Red Cross, and have a strong interest in clinical nutrition. Experience in a healthcare setting and knowledge of the external network are assets. You possess an excellent sense of collaboration and can work effectively within a team. Your intellectual and professional curiosity is recognized. You adopt a reflective posture, promoting professional development. You are organized, autonomous in managing your time and activities, flexible, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. For non-French speakers, a C1 level of French is required. The ability to read scientific articles (including in English) is necessary. You have a perfect command of standard tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
