Participate in the production and distribution of meals. Ensure quality and visual standards required: Mastery of culinary techniques. Excellent knowledge of products and kitchen equipment. Ability to apply and enforce hygiene and food safety regulations. Control and management of culinary processes. Respect for standards and ability to work with service teams. Your profile: CFC of cook in dietetics or equivalent title. Experience in collective catering: a plus for the hospital and therapeutic cooking sectors. Service orientation, respect, and discretion towards others and speed of execution. Good confirmed experience in a similar position.
