As part of the development of the activities of one of our clients based in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for:

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare and present culinary dishes in accordance with the prescribed dietary regimes
• Strictly apply hygiene, food safety standards and current traceability procedures
• Work in coordination with the kitchen team to ensure a balanced and organised daily production
• Adjust recipes and portions according to established nutritional recommendations
• Ensure the taste quality, nutritional value and presentation of the served dishes

Profile

• Mandatory Federal VET Diploma as a dietetic cook
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of specific dietary regimes (diabetic, low-calorie, modified textures, etc.)
• Ability to work independently with rigour and creativity
• Strong team spirit and sense of responsibility
