With forward-looking reflection, we create and transmit knowledge useful to the world of today and tomorrow - with seriousness, boldness, and flexibility.Lecturer in DidacticsYour fields of activity with us- Plan and deliver teaching in didactics, mainly in the minor Teaching and Consulting- Accompany students during teaching internships and supervise their work- Acquire and carry out research projects focused on vocational education in Switzerland and abroad- Plan and carry out continuing education courses dealing with didactics in vocational education- Support internal continuing education in didacticsYour background, ideally- Master's degree in the field of educational sciences or didactics, or a master's degree in the field of vocational education with additional training in didactics- In-depth knowledge of pedagogy and didactics- Several years of teaching experience, ideally at the vocational education level- Experience in research and success in acquiring competitive third-party funding- French or German language with excellent command of the other language; knowledge of English for our projectsWe conduct research activities in collaboration with partners. We develop useful solutions for the economy, culture, and society in general, on a regional, Swiss, and international level. It is extremely interesting, demanding, and enriching work.
