In this role, you will enjoy varied assignments according to the duty roster, within the cantons AG, BS, BL, SO, JU. At our various temporary Salt sales stands in "Shop in Shops", shopping centres, trade fairs, or outdoors in Salt sales tents, you will approach passers-by, present our services, and achieve the maximum number of sales closures.

Your tasks
- Active customer acquisition: approach passers-by with personal enthusiasm and proactively distribute flyers
- Make sales closures: promote and sell our mobile and home services
- Professional advice on our services: identify customer needs and arouse interest in additional services/options during the conversation
- Set up and dismantle our mobile sales stands
- Assist in the attractive presentation of our products and the Salt brand at stands and trade fairs
- Various administrative tasks
What you bring
- High communication skills and initiative
- Strong closing skills in sales
- Good language skills in German or French, bilingual is a plus
- High flexibility regarding working hours and location
- Resilient personality with confident appearance and enjoyment of a dynamic work environment
- Very independent, efficient and precise working style
- Completed vocational training in retail is an advantage

What we offer
- Basic salary of CHF 4,100.- (+ CHF 700.- flat-rate expenses)
- Performance-based remuneration (sales commissions) up to a total salary of CHF 8,000.- per month possible
