Dial Painting Specialist - ThailandAs part of its development, our client wishes to strengthen its painting department, composed of approximately 15 people. This position is aimed at a hands-on person capable of solving technical issues, stabilizing production, and sustainably structuring the department's knowledge, while bringing real expertise in shade adjustment and mastery of painting processes.Desired Profile:- Solid experience in varnishing, painting, or lacquering, ideally in the field of watch dials or a high-quality industrial environment.- Very good mastery of processes and color mixing, shade adjustment, paint/varnish application, and aesthetic control.- Ability to intervene concretely on the ground to solve production problems, adjust parameters, and secure the output of parts.- Appreciated knowledge in first-level maintenance and proper operation of painting equipment.- Experience in process improvement, drafting standards, implementing procedures, and documenting know-how.- Strong taste for transmission, team development, and building sustainable expertise within a department.- Rigor, autonomy, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a professional environment appreciated.Main Responsibilities:- Diagnose varnishing/painting/lacquering issues and implement concrete solutions to ensure the output of compliant parts.- Stabilize, structure, and formalize standards related to application, color mixing, shade adjustment, and varnish control.- Master parameters, including layer regularity, varnish thickness, and prevention of aesthetic defects.- Ensure proper adjustment, maintenance, and monitoring of painting equipment, in connection with the relevant teams.- Implement a robust technical knowledge base to capitalize on know-how and avoid its loss over time.- Accompany and structure the painting department, in a logic of sustainable and reproducible processes.- Train, transmit, and accompany the team of approximately 15 people, while collaborating with the Quality, Methods, and Production departments.We offer:- An incredible experience abroad within an industrial environment.- A key role to rebuild, structure, and perpetuate the know-how of a department.- Very good conditions. jidd604e68aen jit0833aen jpiy26aen
