On behalf of one of our clients, based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Development Project Manager (M/F)

Your future responsibilities:

• You will lead and coordinate interior architecture projects in the development and/or execution phase, ensuring compliance with quality, cost and deadline objectives.
• You will prepare, develop and monitor project files (plans, technical details, calls for tenders and execution documents) using ArchiCAD.
• You will coordinate the various stakeholders (clients, representatives, specialists and companies) and ensure smooth communication throughout the project.
• You will supervise the technical and administrative follow-up of projects, ensuring the conformity of the proposed solutions and their feasibility.

Your profile:

• You have a degree as an HES Architect, EPFL, ETHZ or equivalent
• You have a proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position within a general/total company in Switzerland. Project from A to Z.
• You have an awareness of sustainable development
• You have good knowledge of SIA, AEAI standards and regulations regarding occupational safety. Good knowledge of housing regulations (RGL ...) is also desirable.
• You have a very good knowledge of ArchiCAD software
