Desktop System Engineer - Microsoft 365 (m/f/d) On behalf of our client based in Fribourg, we are looking for a Desktop System Engineer - Microsoft 365 (m/f/d) tasked with strengthening and developing M365 services, with a strong focus on knowledge transfer to mission teams. - Administer, configure, and evolve Microsoft 365 services, particularly SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams X Entra. - Develop and maintain scripts and PowerShell (PnP, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure AD/Entra ID, Power within an industrial and documented approach. - Design and administer Power solutions (Power Apps, Power Power BI) focused on governance. - Contribute to project activities (classical and agile), plan and prioritize work via Jira, and ensure tracking of deliverables and deadlines, relying on the HERMES methodology. - Ensure knowledge transfer and upskilling of support teams (N1/N2) through procedures and adapted training sessions. Profile - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Microsoft 365 system engineer, with a solid mastery of the ecosystem (positioning, licenses, advancements on SharePoint Online functionality, development) and Microsoft Teams: usage and practices. - Strong knowledge of PowerShell applied to M365 (PnP, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID/Azure AD, Power with development rigor and methodology. - Confirmed experience with Power solutions (Power Apps, Power Power BI) and Azure DevOps (Boards, Git, YAML Pipelines). - At least 2 years of experience in project management (classical and agile); knowledge of HERMES; experience with Jira for planning and tracking. - Residence in Fribourg or surrounding areas; fluent French is essential, technical English required.
