For a benchmark industrial company operating in the luxury sector, we are looking for a Workstation / VDI specialist within the Systems division. In a demanding and highly digitalized environment, you are responsible for the management, evolution, and support of workstations as well as mobility solutions. You contribute to guaranteeing an optimal, secure, and high-performance experience for all workstations.Job description:- Administer and evolve workstation environments (VMware Horizon).- Manage terminal management environments (Workspace ONE / MDM).- Ensure support for virtualized workstations (VDI) as well as mobile devices (iOS, Android).- Pilot and optimize distribution across different environments.- Take charge of complex incidents (level 3) and ensure their resolution in collaboration with internal teams and partners.- Conduct regular audits of the fleet (usage, performance, capacity) and propose areas for improvement.- Ensure proactive technological monitoring in order to evolve the solutions in place.- Participate in projects for the evolution and deployment of environments (digital workplace, mobility, security).- Document processes, standards, and best practices.Profile sought:- CFC or equivalent qualification.- Confirmed experience (3+ years) in managing virtualized workstation environments, ideally using VMware Horizon.- Good command of MDM / EMM solutions, Workspace ONE.- Solid skills in managing VDI environments and mobile terminals.- Ability to intervene on complex issues with autonomy and rigor.- Technical versatility and strong adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.- Good level of English (technical and professional).- Excellent communication skills and service orientation.- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and quality focus.- Rigor and good management of priorities and stress. jid501be91aen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
