Deputy Warehouse and Store Manager 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Advise and support professional and private customers
• Ensure the daily management of the warehouse and store
• Ensure product availability and proper presentation
• Participate in stock management and supply
• Carry out various logistical and handling operations
• Use and supervise warehouse machines and equipment
• Lead and support a small team in daily activities
• Actively contribute to the development and improvement of processes

Profile

• Logistics Federal Certificate of Competence, ideally complemented by training in a building trade (bricklayer, roofing, tinsmithing, etc.)
• Good knowledge of building tools, machines, and equipment
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Interest in fieldwork and ability to operate machinery
• Excellent advisory skills and commercial ease
• Dynamic, versatile, autonomous, and committed personality
• Proficiency in common IT tools
