Responsibilities

  • Assist the DAGRI director in steering, implementing and evaluating the cantonal and federal agricultural policy in the canton of Vaud.

  • Propose framework conditions to support the agricultural and food sector towards greater resilience and autonomy in a fluctuating environment.

  • Ensure cross-functional coordination of the directorate's activities and monitor institutional projects, ensuring priority coherence and deadline compliance.

  • Set objectives, priorities and organisation to guarantee service quality, while leading and developing your team of project managers (approx. 5 people).

  • Substitute for the director and represent him with federal, intercantonal and professional bodies, as well as with agricultural and viticultural organisations in the canton.
