Police Nyon Region is recruiting a:Deputy Chief - OfficerYour roleYou support the Chief in managing the entity's personnel and are able to fully substitute for them in their responsibilities. Together, you are responsible for all entities of the Police Force. You also actively contribute to the development of prevention and proximity actions for the Police Nyon Region entity.Main responsibilities- Ensure, alongside the Chief, the management and development of the entity's personnel;- Pilot and monitor the entity's objectives;- Propose prevention and proximity actions;- Organize and supervise operations and major events;- Draft orders and directives;- Represent the force during internal and external meetings;- Pilot projects, both internally and with external entities;- Assume the entirety of the Chief's responsibilities in their absence.Your profileYou are a field-oriented personality, recognized for your leadership and your ability to unite a team in a demanding environment. Accustomed to making quick and thoughtful decisions, including in sensitive situations, you know how to demonstrate discernment and autonomy. Your ease allows you to represent the force with credibility to internal and external partners.
