Land Registry Substitute Job Description The land registry is the guarantor of property; as such, it is the only body that can provide comprehensive information about a real estate property, whether it concerns the name or the rights associated with it. As a land registry substitute in Lausanne, you will join a dynamic and competent team of about fifteen to contribute to maintaining the reliability of the land registry, thus ensuring the veracity and accuracy of the information contained therein. Through your precise and rigorous work, you will contribute to maintaining the impeccable quality of the only institution that validates real estate ownership. Responsibilities Conduct legal checks and establish the validity of notarial acts. Organize and conduct the meetings of the Commission. Requirements: A diploma in law or equivalent, with several years of experience and the RFII land registry diploma. At least 1 year of professional experience in the field or in a real estate agency. At least 5 years of professional experience in a land registry, a notary, or a real estate agency. Excellent knowledge of property rights. Respect for standards; rigor and precision.
