To learn more, follow this link.MissionsBy joining the anticipated tax sector, you will integrate a team of 15 people who appreciate exchanges, always in a constructive and cordial spirit, promoting collaboration while guaranteeing a professional work framework. Your work consists mainly of assisting the sector head and supervising employees in the accomplishment of the sector's tasks, namely the assessment of securities, the processing of anticipated tax refund requests filed by taxpayers, the determination of the fiscal value of securities of Fribourg companies not listed on the stock exchange, as well as the processing of files related to the application of laws and directives in terms of taxation of securities and capital and the refund of anticipated tax, additional USA tax withholding, and foreign withholding taxes.- Control the assessment of securities- Control foreign withholding tax requests from legal entities- Collaborate with the sector head on the management and organization of the sector- Supervise the group of employees and participate in the control of movable assets and anticipated tax- Assist auditors and collectors for questions related to the sector's field of activity- Establish requests for the refund of anticipated tax, additional USA tax withholding, and foreign tax refunded to the Federal Tax Administration (AFC)- Contribute to the development of tools used in the sector- Keep the sector's accounts and establish accounting documents for general accounting- Ensure internal controls within the sectorProfile- HEG degree, professional certification, fiduciary or legal certificate with several years of experience or any other training deemed equivalent- Knowledge of the tax field- Banking experience and/or knowledge in securities management desired- Very good sense of organization and responsibility- Very good listening and analytical skills- Ease in professional and human relations- Ability to work both in a team and independently and autonomously- Mastery of the French or German language with good knowledge of the other languageThis position corresponds to the function of deputy executive. jid9c0f0f0aen jit0518aen jpiy26aen
