Do you wish to play a key role in the development of an establishment committed to supporting beneficiaries?If you know how to make decisions, work in a team, and represent an institution to various stakeholders, this position is for you!Your mission:You are in charge of the management of EVAM entities (finance, human resources, systems, and legal support), notably by defining and implementing their objectives, ensuring their monitoring, and supervising cross-functional projects, particularly those aimed at the development of the establishment. You provide support to the Director of EVAM in current activities and assume the missions, tasks, and responsibilities delegated to you. You are called upon to substitute for the Director during their absences.Your main responsibilities:Management of entrusted entities:- You supervise and support entity managers and carry out necessary arbitration.- You define and implement, with regard to the strategy of EVAM and taking into account the context, the objectives and priority projects of the entities, which you monitor notably through the implementation of key indicators.- You ensure the monitoring of the allocated budget.- You question internal processes in order to evolve them, in a continuous improvement approach.Participation in decision-making bodies:- You participate in the management of the establishment, within the Management Board.- You participate in various Management Board bodies, or even lead them.Support to the Director of EVAM:- You advise and support the Director in the conduct of complex or sensitive projects.- You accompany or represent the Director before authorities and external partner bodies, at their request.- Alternating with the second deputy, you substitute for the Director during their absences.Your profile:To succeed in this role, you will need:- To hold a Master's degree in a field useful for the position, in particular in economics or law, and to have completed a certifying training in management.- To have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position or one deemed useful for the position, including a significant part in team management (>50 people).- To have good knowledge of budgetary management, steering tools, and project management.- To have solid organizational and time management skills.- To have a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis, as well as a great sense of listening and diplomacy.- To work in compliance with legal standards, internal procedures, and confidentiality.- To have a strong ethical sense of public service.- Stress management, openness, ability to decide.What we offer you:- A stimulating work environment, within a committed team.- 6 weeks of paid leave (7 weeks from age 50).- Teleworking policy for a good balance between professional and private life.- Social benefits for your well-being.Recruitment process, in 3 steps:- Interview with the selection committee.- Assessment with an external partner.- Debriefing interview on the assessment with the selection committee.How to apply?If you are interested in this position, send us your application today.
