SPNE126 Prison Service (SPNE) - Deputy Director of Prison Establishment SPNE126 Prison Service (SPNE) - Bellevue Penitentiary Execution Establishment (EEPB) EEPB is a closed detention facility of high security level. It is responsible for the execution of sentences and measures for detainees with varied profiles. It is particularly specialized in long-term accommodation, behavioral development, and intervention for individuals experiencing complex issues or involving disorders. Mission In your role, you participate in the implementation of monitoring and supervision missions with a view to preventing recidivism, public safety, reintegration, and risk management within a closed high-security prison facility. You assist in leading teams while ensuring to maintain a conducive work environment for performance. Furthermore, you participate in financial management and also contribute to the ongoing support of staff by collaborating in the implementation of internal and external processes necessary to ensure the care of detainees. Lastly, you contribute to the service management meetings and substitute the prison director in all her tasks. Profile Holder of a university degree or diploma X, you have several years of experience in a leadership and management role. You possess solid knowledge in the field of detention execution and criminal sanctions or penal law. You are capable of exercising authority in varied contexts with different stakeholders.
