What you achieve

• Ensure demand planning in a professional and stable manner
• Improve the accuracy of statistical sales forecasting
• Collaborate to maintain the quality of master data in SAP
• Carry out continuous improvement initiatives

What you bring

• Education: Completed initial or further training
• Specialisation: a specialisation in business management or Supply Chain
• Professional experience: Significant experience of 2 years in a similar position
• Comfortable with IT tools and the Office suite, especially Excel
• Customer and market orientation (knowledge of the environment and needs, solution orientation, negotiator)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action (goal orientation, intelligent use of resources, identification and exploitation of opportunities, identification with the interests of Migros Industry)
• Change management (identification, optimisation, support, mobilisation, awareness of the dimension)
• Process and network skills (knowledge of stakeholders and own contribution, organisation of processes in own area, coordination with other areas, judicious internal and external company contacts)
• Knowledge of ERP usage, IBP would be an asset
• French (B1)
• German (B1)
• English (ADVANTAGEOUS)
