**MAIN MISSION**
As Demand and Supply Planner, you will be in charge of defining the Sales forecast and Production plan to ensure optimum stock level in all distribution channels (Wholesale/ E-Commerce) so that Baume & Mercier meets its sales, stocks and service objectives.
You will liaise with different teams in Headquarters and around the world and will have the opportunity to design and implement new processes and solutions.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Define the annual and monthly sales forecasts per reference, working closely with the International commercial team, Product marketing team as well as Markets teams
* Define the central and regional stock policy by considering the sales trend, logistics leadtimes and replenishment constraint
* Schedule the monthly production plan per reference (short to long term) according to targeted stock coverage and industrial constraints
* Monitor the deliveries with the Manufacture and give priorities to avoid risk of shortage
* Animate/Participate to different meetings with Headquarters/Direction (Forecast, S&OP, Stock policy, -)
* Maintain the relevant master data in SAP and APO (product lifecycle status, replenishment parameters, -)
* Ensure the control of our processes through various analyses and reporting (Sales, Stock, market trends, -)
* Propose and implement new processes and solutions
* Participate to Group Supply Chain projects
**PROFILE**
* You have a master-s degree in Engineering, Business management or any equivalent diploma
* You have at least 2-5 years of experience in a Supply Chain position
* You have knowledge of forecast methods, strong analytical skills with commercial/product awareness and ability to work with large volumes of data from multiple sources
* A strong expertise in Excel is mandatory (PowerBI a plus), as well as an experience using any ERP and statistical software packages (SAP/APO a plus)
* Your strong interpersonal skills permit a good communication and collaboration with cross-functions interlocutors
* Quick learner, positive attitude, effective at managing priorities and meeting deadlines, even during busy periods
