As part of the strengthening of our activities, we are looking for a Delivery Manager to sustainably support one of our clients in managing a large-scale program.Delivery Manager (80–100%)Your missionYou will steer a program by coordinating business teams, technical managers, and various partners. You will guarantee the quality of deliveries, compliance with commitments, and the success of the project.Main responsibilities- Steer delivery activities and coordinate the various stakeholders- Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives- Lead steering committees and follow-up meetings- Identify risks and propose solutions- Analyze needs and support decision-making- Guarantee effective communication between all stakeholdersYour profile- Higher education degree or equivalent- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or solution delivery- Autonomy and sense of responsibility- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Analytical and problem-solving skills- Good command of Agile methodsLanguages- Fluent French- German is considered an assetAssets- Knowledge of the Valais economic and institutional fabric- Professional network in French-speaking Switzerland- Proficiency in GermanWe offer- A key role on a program- Autonomy and responsibilities- The support of a Swiss company recognized for over 25 years- A position at 80–100% with a start date to be agreed uponStart date: To be agreed uponWorkplace: Valais jidff04d01aen jit0627aen jpiy26aen
