Our mission: to deliver clear, reliable, and directly actionable business intelligence to Wealth Management decision-makers (private banks, asset managers, family offices).In a context of strong growth in clients and projects, we are recruiting:Delivery Lead – Wealth ManagementYour roleYou are responsible for the quality and reliability of delivery for our clients.Unlike a pure governance role, you intervene at the heart of execution: You structure, frame, arbitrate, and secure delivery. You operate in a multi-client environment (15 to 20 clients in parallel) composed of numerous short or medium-sized projects requiring responsiveness, and you easily combine team leadership, steering, and a consultant posture with clients.Delivery Lead - Wealth Management - BankingYour responsibilities1. Delivery steering (core of the role)- Supervise several projects in parallel (planning, priorities, quality)- Frame needs and validate functional specifications- Challenge estimates and workload- Organize testing phases and continuous delivery between emergencies, priorities, and client constraints- You are involved in the detail when necessary (analysis, framing)2. Leadership & team management- Manage a team of 4 to 7 expert consultants and BI developers- Structure delivery processes (methods, standards)- Help the team gain autonomy and rigor- Establish a culture of excellence, reliability, and client satisfaction3.
