For our location in Winterthur, we are looking for you immediately or by agreement in a percentage of w/m/d Your tasks • Design, build and further develop the new cloud-based DWH architecture (focus on Google Cloud, Airbyte, dbt) considering the existing system landscape. • Implementation, operation and monitoring of stable ETL/ELT processes for internal and external. You are responsible for the solutions end-to-end (Build & Run). • Providing a consistent, scalable (Single Source of Truth) as well as supporting reporting and analysis through models in PowerBI Cloud. • Application and promotion of best practices such as GIT versioning, clean code principles and seamless technical from and flows. • Conscious and secure handling of cloud resources (Cloud Understanding), including cost control based on the pay-as-you-go principle and risk assessment. • Strong, proactive interaction and requirement gathering with the departments as well as close collaboration with our X profile • You have several years of practical experience in X and a solid understanding of the classical DWH world (SQL/T-SQL, SSIS; HaloBI is a plus). • You are familiar with modern cloud technologies and mechanisms (focus on Google Cloud, Airbyte, dbt, PowerBI Cloud). • You understand the opportunities and risks of cloud usage and bring strong engineering thinking (GIT, Clean Code) with you. • You work in a structured manner and • You are a doer personality who likes to tackle tasks independently and always works with an X mindset. • You enjoy collaborating with departments and IT on X. • You are service-oriented and can clearly articulate complex technical issues. • You are a team player, work well and enrich our agile environment with your open, solution-oriented mindset.
