The main objective is to guarantee the accessibility, reliability, and quality of data, while actively contributing to continuous improvement and projects related to the After-Sales scope. You report directly to the After-Sales Manager.Your responsibilitiesManagement & Maintenance- Ensure daily management of the database system (ProConcept)- Guarantee the quality, consistency, and integrity of data- Plan, control, and secure backup cyclesDevelopment & Support- Adapt the database structure according to department needs- Train users on IT tools related to After-Sales Service- Write and keep up to date procedures and documentationImprovement & Projects- Participate in the development and evolution of the system- Contribute to the implementation of new IT programs related to After-Sales data- Be a source of proposals for tools and processesYour profile- Degree in information systems or equivalent field- Confirmed experience in database management and/or ERP- Mastery of an ERP (ideally ProConcept)- Good understanding of issues related to data quality- Analytical mind, rigor, and attention to detail- Ability to work autonomously and transversally- Good communication and writing skillsWe offer- A dynamic environment within a recognized company- Varied projects with a real impact on operations- Close collaboration with business and IT teams- Good conditions and a modern work environment- Ideal start date: June 1st (to be agreed upon) jid5e50c53aen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
