Then, nice to meet you!Data Protection Specialist – 4-month temporary missionWithin our General Services department, you join a committed and expert team, which works every day to guarantee compliance and data protection within. In this key role, you actively contribute to the implementation and development of the data protection framework within the Assura Group. You support the business lines and Management in order to guarantee compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding data protection, while participating in effective governance of data and associated risks. You intervene in support of the Data Protection Advisor and play a central role in spreading a data protection culture across.What you do on a daily basisYou advise the business lines on data protection issues and manage requests from data subjects regarding their rights (e.g., right of access, right to be forgotten, etc.) in collaboration with internal teams. You handle personal data protection requests and participate in the processing of data security incidents in collaboration with the Security Department. You analyze the compliance of company projects, processes, as well as existing and new data processing, with legal requirements and the guidelines of the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. You support the business lines in the conduct of data protection impact assessments (DPIA).You participate in the drafting and updating of internal policy regarding data protection for the Group. You maintain and evolve the register of processing activities. Finally, you perform checks and raise awareness among Management and employees regarding legal requirements and best practices in data protection, thus contributing to the continuous strengthening of compliance.What you bring to the teamYou have a university degree, ideally in the legal field or in law, supplemented by training in data protection. You demonstrate confirmed experience in a similar function, with a solid understanding of personal data protection issues, ideally you benefit from experience in. You demonstrate an excellent analytical mind and great rigor in your work, with a methodical and structured approach. Endowed with strong communication and synthesis skills, you know how to popularize complex subjects and interact effectively with different stakeholders. You distinguish yourself by your team spirit, your sense of contact, and your flexibility.
