Discover our activities on Your mission Pilot and execute Engineering projects on modern platforms, from extraction to presentation, to improve our clients’ decision-making. Design and optimize processing pipelines (ETL/ELT) including data modeling for star, snowflake, and vault schemas, and ensure data quality and governance. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, independently, while collaborating with internal teams and clients. Be proactive in technical and methodological choices, and contribute to the development of offers and best practices. Train and support clients in the adoption of data-driven solutions. Confirmed experience (5-8 years) in Engineering on modern platforms and tools (Azure Data Factory, SQL Server/Azure SQL, Data Lake, Synapse, Fabric, dbt, Snowflake, etc.). Advanced mastery of SQL querying, data modeling and management, volume handling, and performance optimization. Strong skills in data quality and governance, architecture, and CI/CD (Azure DevOps, versioning, testing, code reviews). Proven expertise in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI and Tableau: designing dashboards, impactful visual analyses, mastery of Python, and experience in Machine Learning projects strongly desired. Knowledge of Pandas, PyTorch, and Anaconda appreciated. Ability to connect data to value by executing projects that integrate Analytics and AI, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Proficiency in spoken French, professional English (German is a plus). Autonomy, conviction, rigor, commitment, team spirit, pedagogy, sense of service, ability and sensitivity to business challenges, and AI challenges for technological watch and sharing of best practices.
