With 60+ years of experience and thousands of holiday homes across Europe, our Data & Analytics team is building a modern, scalable analytics environment on a cloud stack including Snowflake, dbt, Superset, , Snowplow, and Airbyte.
Your role
As a Data Analyst – Web & Digital Platforms, you'll rebuild our web tracking on Snowplow from the ground up, shaping the taxonomy, schemas, and standards that make digital analytics clean, reliable, and easy to trust. And once that foundation is in place, you'll get to build on it, bringing together web, product, campaign, and CRM data to understand how customers find us, how they decide, what brings them back, and what the whole journey feels like along the way.
What you'll do
Own and evolve our digital analytics stack (GA4, GTM, Snowplow), building tracking that's clean, well-structured, and genuinely trustworthy
Build and maintain the reporting pipelines and dashboards that enable data-informed decisions across the customer and platform lifecycle
Analyze user behaviour, conversion funnels, and customer journeys to uncover what drives engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Use , SQL, and statistical methods for deep-dive analyses such as segmentation, attribution, and experiment evaluation
Collaborate closely with analysts and engineers across the HomeToGo Group to align on data models, definitions, and best practices
What you bring
2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a stakeholder-facing role (Marketing, Product, or Web Analytics context preferred)
Web tracking is at the heart of this role, so you either know your way around GA4, GTM, or Snowplow and the logic behind attribution, or you're genuinely keen to go deep on it
Solid foundation in statistics and data analysis (e.g. hypothesis testing, regression modelling, A/B testing, segmentation)
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience in data modeling (dbt is a plus)
Experience with data visualization (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Superset)
Proficiency in a structured programming language such as
Excellent communication skills, you can translate data insights into clear stories for diverse audiences
A structured and curious mindset: you think ahead, care about data quality, and love turning data into action
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) as well as strong interpersonal skills, such that you’re able to easily break down complex ideas and “translate” data-speak to different audiences (including senior leadership)
Interest in working on tasks that span a wide variety of business domains and stakeholders
