Support the final stages of the migration from Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365, and to drive ongoing development and improvements on the D365 platform.

Description

• Support and finalize the migration from AX to D365, targeted for completion by end of November.
• Develop, configure, and customize solutions on the Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management platform.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions.
• Manage integrations with third-party applications.
• Take ownership of bespoke developments and system improvements beyond the migration phase.
• Provide occasional Level 3 support and maintenance.
• Contribute to expanding business possibilities with tools like Power Apps.
• Write technical and functional documentation.
• Work closely with a small IT team and report directly to the IT Application Manager.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-10 years' experience in AX development and very good knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O / F&SCM.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, .NET stack).
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps) is a plus.
• Fluent in English (company language); Italian or French are nice-to-have.
• Curious, proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a smaller, visible team environment.
