On behalf of one of our clients, the OKJOB Delémont agency is looking for a Roller Operator (male/female). For this position: Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in operating compaction equipment of up to 14 tons and laying bituminous surfaces. Possession or willingness to obtain the M6 machine operator license. Autonomy, rigor, and ability to work in a team. Flexibility in hours (sometimes irregular work). Team spirit and sense of responsibility. The tasks assigned for the position are as follows: Operating the roller and compactor along with the ground crew for optimal performance. First-level maintenance and servicing of the machine. Adhering to safety instructions and quality standards. Showing versatility depending on the needs of the construction site.
