Customs Coordinator (M/F)



Your profile
Technical skills
Experience in a customs, logistics or supply chain environment
Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations
Comfortable with IT tools (Excel, ERP, tracking tools)
Experience in project management or coordination is an asset

Languages
French: level C1/C2
German: level C1 required (spoken and written)
English: a plus

Ensure administrative management related to customs operations (import/export documents, compliance)
Coordinate exchanges with internal partners, freight forwarders and authorities

Monitor flows, orders and billing aspects related to operations

Operations follow-up and project support
Participate in monitoring customs and logistics activities
Support teams in managing priorities and deadlines
Identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions
Organise coordination meetings and ensure reporting

Quality and continuous improvement
Ensure application of current customs procedures and regulations
Update documentation and internal processes
Participate in audits and controls (internal and external)
Contribute to optimisation and standardisation of practices
