Our client, a reputable Swiss software company, is looking for a Customer Support Technician M/F.

Under the responsibility of the Support Team Manager, the customer support technician provides service to our clients by ensuring:

- The processing and follow-up of customer requests by phone, email and ticketing system.

- User assistance on all software modules: Accounting, Commerce (purchasing, sales, stock) and Payroll.

- Technical support and help with software configuration, installations, updates.

The position is evolutive depending on software experience.

Profile sought:

- Commercial or accounting apprenticeship certificate.
- Accounting or software experience.
- Experience in hotline or customer relations.
- Excellent oral and written communication in French, German is a plus.
- Knowledge of business management software is a plus.
