Member of Interiman Group, ALBEDIS relies on the combined expertise of its partner brands to cover areas such as architecture and real estate, finance, IT, life sciences, legal, or human resources, with a presence throughout Switzerland (Bern, Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich).Customer ServiceCompany DescriptionFor one of our clients, based in Geneva, we are looking for a Customer ServiceTemporary position - 100%Job DescriptionOrder Handling- Manage daily, all customer consumable orders processed in various modules: Oracle, Kofax and the next day the order (hold, low supply, stock-out, etc...) for action in case of specific interfaced standing orders as Non Conformities (NC) as per Credits; Rebills; Returns linked to customer consumable orders as per requirements.- Maintain/amend pricing agreements preventing customer consumable orders being and close reported Disputed Invoices as per responsibility.Customer Management- Managing customers inquiries such as pricing, stock availability, delivery, order and product credit notes and customer and take actions based on CSC process.- Highlight procedures and work instructions corrections and/or to your direct report if is shared between customers and field to Daily Management (DM) X continuity and supporting department and control customer (Book/Ship etc...).- E-Business customer setup (Incl. Onboarding).- E-Order - - Three60 (CMI)Profile- Preferably with experience in a customer support center and/or with customer service skills- Language skills: Fluent German (C1 minimum), English (C1 minimum).
