The Eldar Store (eldar.ch) is a Swiss online shop with over 2 million products in its range. The operator of the online shop is Eldar Store AG, based in Aesch, Basel-Landschaft. Our product range includes computers & smartphones, multimedia & TV, furniture & lighting, office & stationery, home & garden, leisure & sport as well as books & eBooks. All products are shipped from Switzerland. In addition to the huge product selection, Eldar Store impresses with fast delivery, low prices and excellent customer support in German, English and French. We are now looking for a committed customer support/service employee (100%) to strengthen our after-sales team.
Your tasks with us in after-sales
- Processing email customer enquiries
- Receiving telephone customer enquiries
- Recording and monitoring customer returns and warranty cases
- Cooperating with other departments and partners to find solutions for customer enquiries
Your qualifications are
- Commercial training
- - or professional experience in customer service
- - or professional experience in retail
- Good PC skills
Your language skills are
- German: Very good (written & spoken)
- English: Good (written & spoken)
- French: Basic knowledge (written & spoken)
Personally you are
- Very friendly and courteous
- Good at finding and mediating fair solutions
- Focused and determined

Your working hours are Mon-Fri from 08:00 to 17:30, with a 1-hour lunch break.
