For our partner, a company active in the service sector - Client Support - Junior Consultant ALL-FR. For our partner, a company active in the service and digital solutions sector based in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a bilingual Swiss German/French Client Support & Junior Consultant. This position is part of a development context in German-speaking Switzerland and offers a gradual evolution towards an autonomous consultant role, with support from senior experts. Client Support / Junior Consultant CH-ALL/FR.Your responsibilities:Client Support (50–70%):- Ensure functional support in Swiss accounting and payroll.- Manage and track client requests and support tickets.- Analyze current issues and propose appropriate solutions.- Intervene on VAT, simple closings, and payroll statements.- Collaborate closely with senior consultants.- Document cases addressed and solutions implemented.Junior Consultant - gradual evolution (30–50%):- Participate in workshops and discussions with clients.- Carry out basic configuration of accounting and payroll modules.- Conduct functional tests.- Write project documentation.- Contribute to projects and profile development.Profile:- CFC of commercial employee, ideally with an accounting firm.- First experience of 1 to 3 years in an accounting firm or accounting service.- Good knowledge of Swiss accounting, VAT, simple closings, and payroll management (AHV, LPP).- Proficiency in Swiss German at an advanced professional level or language with a good level of professional French; English is a plus.- Rigorous, reliable, and client-oriented, with a good analytical mindset.- Ability to simplify technical topics and evolve towards a consultant role.- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and gradual autonomy.Advantages:- Evolution towards a consultant role with ERP solutions and structured support.- Demanding and long-term oriented environment.- Partial remote work possible.- Clear career vision within a growing structure.About us:At Safeguard Global Switzerland, we specialize in staff leasing (placement of temporary and permanent staff) and provide customized solutions to support companies in their recruitment needs, throughout Switzerland and beyond.
