Responsibilities: Support our agency advisors and brokers, both in management and follow-up tasks, and handle motor vehicle and property claims according to the agency's competencies. Provide information to clients (in person, by correspondence, phone, and accounting). Take responsibility for trainees at the Fribourg location. Profile: Professional experience in a similar position of at least 3 years or a diploma as a commercial employee in the insurance sector. Proficient in French, with German as a second language.
