We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Customer and Logistics Planning to serve as a crucial link between customers, distribution centers, and supply sites. This role ensures efficient order management, invoicing, transportation, and compliance to support the timely delivery of products to patients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage order processing, invoicing, and shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate product transport between manufacturing sites, 3PLs, and customers.
  • Handle supplier and tolling fee invoices, price discrepancies, and payment queries.
  • Ensure compliance with distribution, regulatory, and financial procedures.
  • Collaborate with global and regional supply chain, finance, and quality teams.
  • Support product launches, returns, and change control activities.
  • Review inventory and logistics performance with third-party partners.
  • Maintain accurate SAP data and provide audit documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain within a multinational environment (pharmaceutical or consumer products preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain standards, distribution, and logistics.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and international export/import processes.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure while maintaining accuracy
