To strengthen our team in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking as soon as possible or by agreement for an engaged personality for our Fribourg site.In the role of:New Customer ManagerIn this function, you will specifically develop our new customer acquisition business in French-speaking Switzerland. You will identify market opportunities, win new B2B clients, and transform initial contacts into partnerships. You combine an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for sales, and a good understanding of the French-speaking economic landscape. We are looking for a person who enjoys meeting others, creates a climate of trust, identifies opportunities, and advances sales processes reliably.What you can accomplish:- You win new B2B clients in French-speaking Switzerland, particularly in the fields of fleets, real estate, and companies. You build a qualified pipeline and steer your commercial activities using clear sales KPIs.- You understand the needs of prospects and develop adapted electromobility solutions.- You manage the sales process from end to end, from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract. After the sale, you ensure a structured handover to the teams responsible for customer follow-up and account development.- You represent our brand during client meetings, events, trade fairs, and regional professional gatherings.- You work in close collaboration with the French-speaking Switzerland team, marketing, and New Customer teams at the national level. You keep your activities up to date in the CRM to ensure clear transparency on your pipeline.What you bring:- Confirmed experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales, ideally supplemented by commercial, technical training, or continuing education in sales, business economics, or sales management, for example, ES or HES.- Pleasure in prospecting, developing clients, and closing deals. Good mastery of managing a commercial pipeline and CRM systems.- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style. Ability to quickly build trust and accompany clients professionally.- Fluent French, spoken and written, at minimum C1 level, ideally equivalent to a native language + German required, at minimum B2 level.- Residence in French-speaking Switzerland and presence at least 70% of working time in the region, with clients, partners, and at events (Driver's license B).What we offer:A role with great autonomy and direct influence on our growth in French-speaking Switzerland.
