Customer Service Technician – 100%We are a renowned company based in Western Switzerland, in Cressier near Neuchâtel. We design, develop, and manufacture centrifugal pumps and diaphragm control valves for the highest requirements, which we supply to the industry, the chemical industry, and the wastewater sector.To strengthen our customer service team, we are looking for a motivated professional asCustomer Service Technician – 100%Tasks:- Maintenance, commissioning of pumps, and general service work on-site in Switzerland- Conducting technical training for customers on-site and for new employees- Preparation of technical reports after work- Overhauls and general service work at our site- Fault diagnosis for technical problems- Feedback on quality problems for the continuous improvement of our products- Frequent business trips within Switzerland; occasional assignments abroad (max. 15%)- Active promotion of our company image and our services to customers- Continuous further training in cooperation with the supervisor, especially regarding new technical solutionsProfile and Competencies:- Completed vocational training as a mechanic or equivalent qualification- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field- Good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (B2); further languages are an advantage- Confident and professional interaction with customers, partners, suppliers, and internal contacts- Independent, reliable, and flexible way of working as well as openness to new tasks- Distinct customer and service orientation- Good ability to prioritize tasks and handle urgent matters- A connection permit according to Art. 15 NIV is a big plus- Driver's license category B - E (trailer) is an advantage- Confident handling of IT systemsIf we have aroused your interest, we look forward to receiving your complete application documents (CV, diplomas).Further information about our company can be found at: jid8db8f8caen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
