To complete our technical team, we are looking for a:Customer Service Technician 100% - Bilingual FR/GER, fluent ItalianDo you have technical skills (mechanics, HVAC, industrial maintenance, etc.), are you comfortable with verbal communication, and do you wish to evolve into a customer-oriented role? Do not hesitate to send us your application.Your mission:You will be in charge of responding to customer requests, proposing adapted solutions from our range, and actively participating in the development of our department.Tasks:Technical- Help the customer identify their needs, both for their fleet and their internal equipment.- Work closely with the sales force for complex requests.- Establish commercial offers.- Evaluate the feasibility of requests.With autonomy, you collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, customer service, and replenishment departments in a rapidly growing structure. You position yourself as a partner concerned with work efficiency.Profile:- You speak French, German, and Italian fluently.
