We are looking for a Team X Clients FR/ALL (M/F) on behalf of a company with a presence in the Lausanne region. MISSION DESCRIPTIONYou will lead and animate a team of about ten people. You are responsible for the quality of service and customer advice. You optimize processes and plan resources. You actively participate in project follow-ups. You must have a successful similar experience in customer service (Customer Service, After-Sales Service). Strong experience in team management is required.
