Customer Service Specialist at 70%-80%The pop e poppa family service group offers a comprehensive range of solutions for balancing work and family life and has the largest daycare network in Switzerland. The family service management GmbH manages the daycare centers of the pop e poppa network and external clients (municipalities, companies, foundations, and associations), with over 3,000 childcare places (crèches, after-school care units) and over 1,000 employees. To supplement our current team at our headquarters in Fribourg, we are looking for an immediate start or by arrangement:Customer Service Specialist at 70%-80%Your tasks:- Ensure the administration of family files in our IT systems.- Create invoices and monitor payments.- Support parents with the steps in their registration and assist them with questions or problems.- Regular contact with parents and social institutions (municipalities, etc.).- Draft all correspondence for parents as well as some official letters and process incoming correspondence.- Support other team members with various administrative tasks.- Participate in internal meetings.What you bring:- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ) as a commercial employee or equivalent.- Successful experience in an administrative position, if possible with customer contact.- Knowledge of common software (MS Office).- German native speaker with good editorial skills and basic knowledge of French and good knowledge of English.- Proactive, independent, organized employee with a sense of priorities and a team spirit.Our offer:- We offer you a varied activity in a dynamic, motivated team in a pleasant environment.- Conditions such as 40 hours per week, 5 weeks of vacation, two additional weeks of maternity leave, or the possibility to work in a hybrid model.- A modern working environment, two minutes from the train station.Interested?
